  • Foot/Calf Massage: Move one step forward and step on the yoga ring. Press down the yoga ring to relax your foot; place the convex ring to face up and naturally straighten your legs with calves touching the concave surface.

  • Pelvic and Waist Massage: Start by putting the convex yoga on the waist, and the concave ring on your buttocks. Lift your leg to relax your pelvis and lumbar.
